10月13日讯孙继海接受央视足球之夜采访，其中谈到了回到大连做青训。

孙继海说道：我叫回，因为这是我的家乡。回到家乡大连来做青训其实也有很多不是特别愿意支持的情况会有。可能我的这种模式，我的做法、或者说我的存在也许会影响到可能不同人的一些，也许是利益，也许是他们的发展。那我会感受到一定这样的阻力。

为什么会有人不太愿意，为什么？对，我心中有答案，我不愿意说。

孙继海：记得有一个采访是什么，别人给我提了一个问题，说假如你有超能力你会怎么使用，只有一次机会，怎么使用来改变中国足球。

我说改变人的认知。
